2/ As we know from the sleuthing, this is NOT the Andrew Miller case where he held himself in contempt as @JoyceWhiteVance explained so he could appeal the constitutionality of the Mueller probe. @joshgerstein just appeared on @maddow and gave a timeline that jogged my memory...
3/ He said back in September and October, this mystery person appears to have refused a subpoena (by evoking some sort of privilege for example), then appealed to the DC court, who told him he’d have to be held in contempt, which he seems to have done recently...
4/ & they’re due back in the DC appellate court in December for a public hearing. Back in episode 41 in August, we reported on the Miller case in Judge Beryl Howell’s courtroom, along with the story that the Manhattan Madam and Randy Credico who was due before the grand jury 9/7
5/ 24 days ago, we reported that Credico was resisting a subpoena from congressional investigators. The previous month (September) he spent two hours with the grand jury. The timing fits. The attitude fits. It could be the Manhattan Madam, but I think it’s Credico. #beans
PS: I’m also thinking it could be Corsi. I hate that guy so hard.
