It is not just these few known names but countless others who Abhijit dismissed as “libtards” or “jihadis” are today standing by him. 7/n
Meanwhile not a whimper about Abhijit’s arrest from right leaning media houses, Republic and TimesNow. The only channel that did a show raising questions about his arrest was NDTV- The channel he loves to hate and referred to as Jihadi. 8/n
BJP IT cell and its head who would gladly share Abhijit’s articles supporting the Rafale deal did not say a single word to support him in his current ordeal. No hashtags, no tweets... 9/n
BJP ministers who don’t think twice before supporting hate speech and garlanding lynchers are silent over Abhijit. BJP’s Odia Union minister wants him brought to book. 10/n
There are no hashtag campaigns from the lot who even stood with the despicable abusive singer with the same name. There is stone silence from BJP’s loudest Odia, Sambit Patra. 11/n
