i spend way too much time coming up with theories and trying to reverse engineer 3rd party reporting systems.
tired: reporting this person that told me to kill myself

wired: searching for some nazis that post similar content and report them all using varying methods w/different frequencies using multiple accounts.
meanwhile keeping an eye on the ticket # so i can get an idea as to the throughput of reports at any time of day. that's useful information.
i'm not gathering data so i can more effectively report accounts. that's like trying to relocate an entire beach one thimble of sand at a time. i do think that when you can make educated assumptions about reporting efficacy & methodology, it enables insight into other subjects.
twitter can't really be transparent about this kind of thing. and even if they tried, people would take "we are now more closely reviewing potential violations of the multiple-accounts-to-harass rule" as PR spin. but i have SO MANY QUESTIONS.
woah. has a protected account ever been actioned for abuse/harassment?
this is a very important question for a lot of reasons.
godddddd now i have to create like 20 more twitter accounts for testing purposes. thanks, brain.
like docker but for twitter accounts. what a questionable world we live in.
