[HEC thread link: Part 2]

If reballoting this round, must ensure we know where to target + improve GTVO + how we connect with each other over:
- what the ballot is about
- why voting at all matters so much
- why we recommend voting yes
It will take a lot of work, which we can do -but need v good Plan /25

I think we *could* do it, but I would feel a lot more comfortable if hearing more about a burning desire to do it right now from across the membership (may happen at HESC) whereas trend in my DMs/email is about strategising + regrouping longer term. I don't think HEC allowed> /26

Q's incl:
- If reballoting, what purpose does cut-off serve? Disaggregated ballot = could rerun everywhere & ask all members to re-engage rather than cutting out sections of membership from that next go?
- If targeting reballot, how to ensure unity viz pre/post-92 balance? /28

- If employing cutoff how do we keep members in non-reballot branches engaged?
- How do we encourage branches that this is UK-wide if some branches are not being reballoted?
- How many branches do we need over the 50% turnout to confidently call this HE-wide action? /29

- If we get this balance wrong, what is our plan to robustly defend + maintain UK-level bargaining? Cos we need that. We really do. Collective bargaining power matters.
- How - tangibly - are we going to further improve comms + dialogue this time round? /30
