Sounds odd. Got a case number? How did they skip over the Court of Appeals to Cert to #SCOTUS? I thought Maryland case was not going to be briefed until into December? @maddow @Lawrence @MaddowBlog
I checked Maryland docket. Only an amended complaint naming Whitaker and Rosenstein but not much else. @chrisgeidner
