In another ludicrous move designed as yet another blatant cash grab, Star Citizen 3.3.5 has been prematurely pushed from test to live. Just in time for the free-fly event this Fri.

I just wrapped an interview over the latest Star Citizen funding fiasco which broke just before Christmas.

HIlariously, instead of, you know, profiting on 1/5th of the sales, financials now show that he was burning through more money than he was making, essentially bankrupting the project. Hence a $46M investor bailout.

It was already a foregone conclusion (I totally called it back in 2015) that the funding chart was bs.

In fact, as I wrote in my latest blog, they burned through $32M MORE than the chart showed.

Right now, all means of cash transfer, from ATMs to virtual wallets are for profit.

There is someone profiting off of every single transaction. Billions are siphoned out of pockets just so people can access and use their own money.
Taking $10 out of a neighborhood ATM can cost $6 in ATM and bank fees.

That's a 60% markup on your own $10.

People frequently cannot buy a thing without first purchasing their money back from a financial institution
When credit cards came on the scene, they were a luxury.

At this point our society is so increasingly cashless that it is becoming impossible to purchase or pay for things without first paying a financial company.
