1) Almost like a plan:

POTUS tears into judge who ruled on asylum. Chief Justice Roberts defends 'his' judiciary', naming the last 3 presidents in his comment.

2) Tee up for Trump, probably a 9 iron. Nothing but green in front of him. He goes right after Roberts, points out how wrong -demonstrably- he is. The SC sees itself in lofty terms.

3) Let's be kind. Roberts almost undoubtedly meant well. But this assertion, that there aren't 'Dem' and 'GOP' judges flies in the face of the facts. Conservative jurists are strict constructionists.

4) Liberals see the constitution as a 'living object' to be freely interpreted. It's an understandable argument; things do change. But a society without enforced laws ceases to exist.

5) The people change the laws. It's why we send them to the House for TWO YEARS. Go there, help change things for your voters, and then go back home.

But now, they stay 20 years and more. They are funded by foreign interests.

6) Therefore, little is done. So, the courts are where redress is sought, congress having skirted its duty. This is where the mayhem occurs. It is what the progressives targeted 80 years ago.

7) So, for Chief Roberts to make such an asinine nursery school assertion is a real head scratcher. If he's that naive, or saw a chance to take a shot at the president, it was a YUGE mistake.

8) POTUS hit that one long, and straight. He pointed out the obvious: there are most certainly activist judges -their personal lives abject proof- who are put on the bench to advance progressive agendas.

9) Even they admit it. If judges were neutral you wouldn't have seen the tactical nukes used on poor Brett Kavanaugh. So, having just gone through a major battle to confirm him you'd think Roberts would know better.

10) But no. The reaction by the media was predictable. They defended this absurdity as much as they defended backstabbing ticket puncher McRaven.

POTUS knows who these people are. There are lefties in the service as well.

11) Once again, what does it do?

It gets the MESSAGE OUT. The media did his work once again; pointing out liberal Circuits and how they've ruled on partisan grounds only to be reversed.

The travel ban a perfect example. He has 90 days to do what he wants on the border.

12) Conservative pundits quickly rose to Trump's defense. Lofty ideals aside, the president was right, and now is being proven so. By the same media thinking it is demonizing him.

13) This is Sun Tzu at its most brilliant; one suspects Roberts even had to be in on it because it was such an obvious fact no one talks about. Even if he weren't, and this is just someone in a bubble isn't important.

14) What is, is the truth is now out on this, the Big Lie of activist courts exposed as a NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE. The border is being rushed by 10,000 military aged men.

15) This isn't about anything other than whether this is still a country. A constitution is only as good as the honest judiciary that rules on it. And now it's front and center. Clear and honest.

16) If this isn't 'winning', then please offer a real reason why. The public is getting a crash course in strict constructionism JUST in time for some big legal things coming up. Like 5 December, perhaps?

17) Choose the field of battle. Know your enemy. Use deception.
