@politico And don’t just blame the South. When I lived in NYC in the 1980’s, the crookedest real estate man in town was a Democrat, or at least that’s where he put his money. He had the politicians bought. Then when Rudy was mayor he switched. @realDonaldTrump
@politico These people started to worry about the Democratic Party when Democrats stopped their long-standing practice of ignoring lynching (“public hanging” as she calls it). Then came civil rights. Then —horror of horrors — a black president. What’s the world coming to?
