1) Today @guardian have agreed to delete the false claims made by @stephenwhittle during the GRA consultation following a challenge by @fairplaywomen and others. 
2) This whole section by Whittle was been removed due to these spurious figures used to suggest that transwomen are ten time less likely to commit sexual crimes compared to any men. These figures are simply untrue.
3) The conviction rate for sexual offending by men in England and Wales is about 2 per 3000 men. (~14,000 male sex offenders in prison out of ~23 million adult males). In fact, this accurate figure is exactly the same as the rate amongst transwomen with a GRC (2 out ~3000).
4) So thank you @stephenwhittle for alerting us to yet more evidence that transwomen have a male-pattern of criminality. We will add it to the growing list of statistics including this: fairplayforwomen.com/criminality/
