1) @Guardian Please urgently delete that outrageous false claim by @StephenWhittle. We WOULD expect to see about 2 sexual offenders in ANY random group of males, exactly what we see for the Male born GRC holders. theguardian.com/society/2018/o…
2) @Guardian. There are 25 million males in the UK, 14,000 of them in prison for sex offences. That's 1 male in every 1800. We know 3000 male-born people hold a GRC. Two of them have been convicted of sexual offences which is EXACTLY what we'd expect for any random group of males 
3) @Guardian So actually @stephenwhittle these stats show that even when most have their penis removed they STILL exhibit a male pattern of criminality. If they offended 'like women' we'd so NO sex offenders in that group. Only 1 in 200,000 women are convicted of sex offences btw
4) Oh, so if all the male-born transgender people in the UK get a GRC we'd expect to see 50 of them committing sex offences. They will all of course be eligible to move into female prisons because they will be considered 'female' by the prison service.
5) I have sent an email to report this to the Senior Editor of the Guardian. Unless this is removed immediately I will be asking for an apology and footnote to make it clear to readers that they have been misled.
