@ArthurJChapman ... damn hard to get most pupils to assimilate the content but that's because of (a) their not being ready because of impoverished content (& therefore vocab) across whole of KS2 & KS3; (b) time wasted on terrible question practice (that does nothing for disciplinary dev either)
@ArthurJChapman In sum, I think you're absolutely right Dr C to constantly challenge anything that impedes the disciplinary (on which matters I sit at your feet), but I do sincerely think you have the wrong enemy here. The probs of (i) GCSE Qs; (ii) managerialist lunacy arising - are the crisis.
