HIGH ROI ACTIVITIES are exactly what they sound like — activities that put a disproportional amount of money in your pocket for the time you spend on them

Minimum effort, maximum results

This is ALWAYS the goal, to maximize your return on time (most important metric of all)

Now, let's break it down

For an activity to be HIGH ROI, it must directly make you money. To make money, you must SELL something. The two cornerstones of this are

(1) Traffic
(2) Offer

This means 90+% of HIGH ROI ACTIVITIES involve creating offers, selling offers, and getting more traffic (people) to your offer(s)

Now let's do some examples

Example of HIGH ROI ACTIVITIES for a freelance copywriter:

* Creating new offers
* Doing cold outreach (email, phone, etc.)
* Getting potential clients on the phone
* Closing potential clients
* Doing work for existing clients

For a dropshipper:

* Doing product/market research
* Getting new products on store (offers)
* Running FB ads to TEST new products (traffic)
* Tweaking existing ads for better results
* Implementing post purchase upsells + email flows
* Optimizing store conversion rate

The way you find your HIGH ROI ACTIVITIES is by doing a lot of shit and seeing what actually puts money in your pocket. If it does, it's probably HIGH ROI. If not, it's not.

Things that will NEVER be HIGH ROI ACTIVITIES:

* Getting logos made
* Making social media accounts
* Asking experts whether your idea's good or not
* Watching YouTube videos
* Customer service
* Reading tweets

That's the difference between the successful and unsuccessful

Former focuses near exclusively on HIGH ROI ACTIVITIES and delegates low ROI activities

Latter doesn't know the difference and wastes time on low ROI activities

When it comes down to it, almost every HIGH ROI ACTIVITY will involve SELLING. That's how you make money. If you're afraid to sell, you'll never be successful.
