This is important. Yes, re-identification of de-identified brain MRIs is possible, but it is considered to be a crime under GDPR, implemented as “data protection” laws in EU (each country made their own laws and legal consequences).
Pseudo-anonymisation assumes that it is “highly unlikely” to re-identify the data. This means that for those cases in which it becomes trivial to reidentify a subject (eg rare case study subject), special care is needed and it should be the ethical committee with the researcher..
...to decide on benefit for science/society vs potential harm to the individual. Also: I believe that sensitive data can still be shared on a per request basis as done by human connectome project or ADNI, but legislators have still to finish their job as these relate...

1. Firstly, you don't actually need to worry too much about brand until you've sold a book. Until then, focus on showing well. Dominate your Google results, have a simple and professional website, have an approachable online persona. Be yourself, but don't turn agents off.
1.5 It's like looking for a job-- you want anyone who bothers to look you up to think you're a great prospect who would be fun to work with. It's a balance, being you and being honest... but maybe dialing back the negative. If your writing says YES, don't let your social say NO.

It says it wants these questions to be devolved to the individual, to not be a matter for the state.

#Today's story to #EndFamilySeparation Four months ago, Dad and 4-month-old entered at the Texas/Mexico border and requested #asylum. Dad and child were immediately separated and the baby put in ORR custody. #FamiliesBelongTogether
Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation
The Mom and Dad now have once weekly Skype calls with their 8-month-old baby. That's right, folks. They Skype with an infant. #EndFamilySeparation #FamiliesBelongTogether
