So let's talk about Ontario Proud for a second.
Ontario Proud described itself as a grassroots political organization, and it became a player in the last Ontario election. Huge Facebook presence; phone polling; TV ads. Clearly conservative. It has some other tendrils, like this one. Sounds familiar!
They rail against the usual current Conservative causes. Anti-carbon tax, anti-Trudeau, and of course, anti-immigration. Their feed is nakedly partisan.

But where did the money for Ontario Proud come from? Well, about 90% came from corporations, and primarily housing companies like @mattamyhighrise! Also, uh, the people who own @yogenfruz.

Anyway, remember when Doug Ford met with developers during the election and promised to open up the Greenbelt, and then backed off very fast? Well, you won't guess what is happening now!
Well, maybe you could guess.
Also, the Doug Ford Conservatives are proposing a gutting of environmental regulations in Ontario.
That includes water safety, and the Clean Water Act.
