Serious Answer: Considering politics has become a profession for mostly scoundrels and con artists, bright young conservatives are unlikely to be attracted to such a profession at a young age.
Candace Owens (@RealCandaceO), Charlie Kirk (@charliekirk11), Kyle Kashuv (@KyleKashuv), et al are young conservatives with significant following who would much rather make a difference from the outside, perhaps for the reasons I cited, and build entrepreneurial careers doing so.
The only thing a bright, young liberal ever wants to be is a politician. The last thing a bright, young conservative wants to be is a politician.
It's innate to their respective political philosophies. Liberals want a bigger govt and want to add themselves to it. Conservatives want a smaller govt, so why would a young conservative with a promising career in anything he/she wants would want to become a politician?
Conservatives, in general, want to go into public service only after they have matured, have had a successful career in the private sector, made their money, took care of their families, and now want to give back to society.
Liberals, in general, want to go into politics as a way to make a career, and make lots of money by spending other people's money, all the while proclaiming to be virtuous by promising free lunches to all sorts of constituencies, and condemning job creators as profit seekers.
There! I have drawn a somewhat extreme caricature of liberals and conservatives for illustrative purposes. Clearly, there are exceptions, and things don't break out as starkly as I have painted. But as generalities go, what I have stated is not without serious merit.
