Dolus circuitu non purgatur - Fraud is not purged by circuity. Their wrongful act tends to damage others, which is against the maxims of equity. They have proven to be the measure upon which fraud is gauged. #NeverAgain
The interesting part is this however, he will remain blameless before ethnic & religious bigots cum the purveyors of identity politics of hate. These sects confuse democracy with fiefdom. This is because the North is still communal & the fear of the elders remain the fear of God.
Ideally in a monarchical system, The mind of the the king is presumed to be in conformity with the law, and with what it should be, especially in doubtful cases.
The law will not suppose that the king meant either an unwise or an injurious action, but declares that he was deceived in his grant; & thereupon such grant becomes void upon the supposition of deception either by or upon those aides whom the crown has thought proper to employ.
It is left for the people in whom Power truly and ideally resides to send a clear message and stop absorbing deceit...We are in a Republic under a Democracy. We have a President whose duty is to SERVE the people & not an infallible Monarch who deifies himself & demands worship.
