There’s something known as a National Social Register, being developed by an office known as the National Social Safety Net Coordinating Office (NASSCO) — with the support of the World Bank: projects.worldbank.org/P151488?lang=en

I think @channelstv should engage with NASSCO, & share findings
The National Social Register includes names of the poorest and most vulnerable households across the country - there’s a survey/enumeration process that follows standard protocols developed for use around the world.

I’m very sure NASSCO would be happy to explain. @BBoason
There’s also, apart from the Register and the ongoing implementation of the Conditional Cash Transfer (N5,000 monthly to about 300,000 poor and vulnerable households) — @HUPcct — a functioning Grievance Redress Mechanism developed to help ensure beneficiaries are not cheated.
Last but not least, @BBoason, an FAQs page from the National Cash Transfer Office website, which directly oversees the Household Uplifting Programme @HUPcct
