Flashback 2016: We made an appeal after the first signs of impunity for a Government of National Unity but it fell on deaf ears. We made forecasts based on the trajectory and simulated the result but no one listened as lost in the whirlpool of expectation for appointment. 
In a short address on 01012016 :
“Once upon a time we had a commendable democracy. Men died to protect it, died to get it and died to bring it back. A worthy leader gave room for an opposition party to take the helm of affairs just to avoid bloodshed of the innocent.

When exactly will the arms of government stop fighting for power and find a way to compromise and finally work together just so that we can once again be the unstoppable force also known as the Giant of Africa?
Mr President @MBuhari must find a way to snap out of the intoxication of power which only feed off his military experience that once hurt our democracy and impoverished our fatherland (1983-85).
Will the President pick up the Olive branch and find something all political parties and arms of Government can agree upon so the work towards a better legislation, equitable judicial process and genuine visionary governance can begin again? 🤔
Trust is being eroded daily and the blatant disregard for the rule of law by the President is making the administration tilt towards Fascism. It may not end well if we continue on this path.
Patriots with genuine love for Nigeria are willing to help should the administration put a stop to the witch-hunt and distrust for anything they can't manipulate. The die is cast and the masses are suffering.
Job losses are on the rise, the economy has dipped, security challenges are historically worse than ever experienced.
You can't do it alone, punishing the masses for the alleged crimes of the rival political class while shielding major perpetrators under the “Broom of Change” will further divide Nigeria in a time when we know that unity is the only way out of the increasing Terror threats.
Nigeria can be economically stable, prosperous, United and free from terror only with a visionary leadership determined and passionate about service to the masses. As it were, Hope is forlorn with the ruling party and soon an alternative will present itself.
Can the Government at least pretend to care for the next few years by obeying the Rule Of Law or would we prefer a Revolution?!

This is a 3year old statement that seems like it was written this morning. It shows clearly that the more things change the more they remain the same. This is one of the plethora of reasons why 2019 must be a referendum against unconscionable and barbaric leadership. #NeverAgain
