@allanoneilaus @flexibledragnet @JenHogben Initially (before scan of report) I'd have said surely some aggressive load shedding would have been worst case, but I think you're right it was not a 2nd system black by a hair.

@allanoneilaus @flexibledragnet @JenHogben I'm less trying to make it about energy partisanship, and more about putting the whole downed transmission lines meme into history's dustbin. The particular type of protection settings that tripped up wind, wouldn't have applied to gas.
