I'll start, the worst thing about hosting a session is an audience that won't respond, it's very discouraging 😏 lol

A- Idk maybe they just don't know how to or how to start.

A- Well, first they get put off by unresponsive audience.
Then sometimes, the most responsive audience could make you feel inadequate in a way(if you know what I mean).
Other times, people just don't know how to go about it, and don't really want to risk learning in the process.

The principal reason I believe is the 'shyness'. You are shy because you lack confidence, and confidence stems from knowledge which is understandable but here's the truest truth.
Nobody starts by being perfect! 🤓

The second plague is the what ifs as @⁨🤓⁩ Rightfully said,
What if they don't respond?What if I make a mistake?What if someone does not agree with me?What if I'm not interesting enough and people start dozing off? What if? What if? What if?
What if the world ends tomorrow?😓

These fears are real and the audience can be mean sometimes but, there's a solution to all that and we'll discuss it ryt here😉
