Over the last week we have been an increase in fake Twitter accounts pretending to be associated with unions. An election is coming.

No doubt the Morrison Government will think it will help their election chances by attacking unions. This is what they have done for six years and now it will intensify.
There are powerful vested interests that do not want workers to have better rights. I wouldn't put it past them to try whatever they can to influence the election
So please be aware of this. If something comes from an individual or a non-official union account, do not retweet or assume it is an official account.
Offical accounts have blue ticks or "authorised by" on them. Contact @unionsaustralia if you are unsure.
