Hate to ruin the, "they must have horrible racist parents" narrative, but the truth is... those boys ARE white culture. Their parents didn't teach them racism. They just didn't teach them, at all.

White culture means: no positive cultural traditions, and no respect or acknowledgment of other cultures' traditions.
White culture means: "our" fun is "your" oppression. Burden bearers are at the mercy of our whim for cheap fun.
Since we have no sense of community, racism is a gathering place to bond. We gather over block watches, not bbq's.
Ultimately, the parents of those boys will center themselves, speak out because of their embarrassment, work to restore their social standing and position of religious moral superiority. All of this will happen without any restitution. Because it's not about the victim, EVER.
