Busy day, catching up with news. It's all "Did Tusk mean these or those people?" - heaven help us (or not). The text is "I've been wondering what that special place in hell looks like, for those who promoted Brexit, without even a sketch of a plan how to carry it out safely" ...
... it seems a bizarre waste of time for news cycles to get caught up with interpretation of Tusk's rather unhelpful comment.

X :A simple explanation of pioneer, settler and town planner?
Me : Structure by attitude [A], have groups of aptitude across [B], use cells [C], implement a system of theft [D] to drive the pioneers forward [E] ... most importantly, learn when you can use it, sort doctrine first.
If you think that pioneer, settler and town planner (PST) will fix your organisational problems without dealing with doctrine (i.e. principles) first then you are severely deluding yourself. Leave the deckchairs alone, sort out the great big hole in the side of the ship first.
In the majority of cases that companies ask me for advice on PST, my advice is the same ... "DON'T, you're not ready" ... just because it's 14 years old, doesn't mean you're ready to do this or it's easy to implement. Most are a long way from it, I only now a handful who aren't.

enjoyment of human rights' - documents-dds-ny.un.org/doc/UNDOC/GEN/… - with emphasis on the immoral use of "blockades", the modern equivalent of a siege.
e.g. Venezuela sanctions harm human rights of innocent people, UN expert warns - ohchr.org/en/NewsEvents/… ... these forms of unilateral sanctions are "illegal and immoral forms of coercion" - ohchr.org/en/NewsEvents/… ... just expect attacks on the UN by self interested parties.

1. Debate over the Electoral College is typically driven by liberals resentful of the fact that the Democratic Party would have won four of the last five elections had winning the popular vote been all that was necessary. As it is, it has won two of five.
2. Less attention is paid to a couple of things I want to talk abt today. One is the EC offers opportunity to foreign powers to violate our sovereignty. Our republic functions on trust. That trust springs from knowledge that the people chose our fates by choosing our leaders.
3. But with a presidency decided by margins in states like Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, all that’s needed is blasting the electorates of those states with all manner of lies, propaganda and bad faith.

1. Treason is in the air. Beyond President Donald Trump’s throwing his country under the bus with Russian Crypto-Czar Vladimir Putin, we should be asking why?
2. I mean, it's not like we haven't been here before. How many times has the president accused Special Counsel Robert Mueller of conducting a "WITCH HUNT"?
3. How many times has the president dismissed the Kremlin's cyber-warfare against Democrat Hillary Clinton to help Trump win? How many times has the president told us that he asked the enemy if the enemy attacked us and that enemy assured him that he didn't.

1. It bears frequent repeating that there is nothing left of conservative ideology save one thing: sadism, or the pleasure of seeing pain and suffering in others.
2. Conservatism-as-sadism is either new or old, depending on whom you ask. In any case, it is abundantly evident now given Trump’s policy of confiscating infants from mothers who arrived here to plead for political asylum. The point is to deter people by driving them to despair.
3. But sadism is also evident in the president’s midterm strategy, which was summed up this way by White House advisor Stephen Miller: Trigger the libs. The outrage over confiscating kids is, according to The Atlantic, exactly what Miller wants.
