The NHS are lovely people, but sitting here while they try to guess the password for the Poisons database is hilarious. They have so far rung someone, discussed possible passwords out loud, and run off to return a few minutes later with a scrap of paper.
Apparently the junior doctor knows what it is, but only if he looks at his phone, cos he took a picture of it. But his phone's at home.

The scrap of paper is not the correct password, apparently.
Ooh, harassed looking nurse has arrived with another scrap of paper.

Password successfully entered. Thanks to rushed staff, piece of paper with said password is now tucked into staff ID. Hanging round their neck. In a transparent case.
They do need physical cards as well as passwords to check patient data, yeah?
