Big announcement from our new development firm... in 45 days, we will be rolling out with a Finite State Machine + CRUD builder... It may be the first full-stack app that builds app.

In 6-12 months we'll be able to build web/phone apps while the sales guy is still on the call :)
Of course, it doesn't hurt when your partner is a real-life genius.

He got bored with AIG and Morgan Stanley, and left as VP. They tried to slap the golden handcuffs on him, right after he automated 200 programmer jobs away.

As a free-market app developer, the sky is the limit.
An app that builds apps...

Game changer.

1) I can only speak for myself, but I thought I would share a pattern I've noticed during my own investigations.

The "bad guy" isn't always who you think it is...
2) It's even easier to paint broad strokes. I am guilty of it as well. Certain families, secret societies, nobility, etc.

Yep... And many of these elites are tied to the darkest of things.

However, MANY are not. MANY family names that we associate with evil are everything but.
3) Allow me to explain...

Let's assume that you just happened to be born into an "elite" family. Now what? And... So what?

Let's also assume that you weren't brutally abused to produce that shattered mind... Yeah, maybe some weird stuff here and there.

But! You are undamaged.

Two years ago I started thinking about something that I jokingly called the Bucket Theory of Organizational Change Stress. For all I know, it’s a thing that’s already been defined in org lit, though I haven’t found it despite looking. It goes like this: 1/
When organizations institute changes, it creates stress. The more fundamental the change is perceived as (I.e., something like “librarians don’t need mls degrees, they can be PhDs!”), the more stress it creates. That stress doesn’t dissipate on its own, it has to go somewhere. 2/
Depending on how organizational leadership chooses to actively manage the change stress, it will have avenues to dissipate, OR, it will not. If it doesn’t have anywhere to go, it will accumulate, much like rainwater fills a bucket. 3/

Two things necessary for responsible coverage of the #IranDeal today:

First: Pressing the president and his team on WHY break the agreement now? What about it, *specifically,* is a problem?

If the answer is "it's not permanent," then why not extend it, rather than kill it? 1//
If the answer is about missiles or other bad behavior, then "how does leaving the deal make [that thing] any better?" Ex, "Couldn't they build a bomb to put on those missiles now?" or "Isn't it harder to stop their destabilizing behavior if they have a nuke?" 2/?
It's rather transparent that the arguments *for breaking our word aren't any good. There are credible arguments that the deal is imperfect, but none that the world WITHOUT the deal is better than the world WITH the deal. Leaving doesn't make anything better. 3/?

2. Let’s start at the end, with denuclearization. This simple statement does not expand on previous North Korean declarations. It could have been helpful to give US negotiators a head start with in-principle definitions of “complete" denuclearization,—
3.—acceptance of an urgent timetable, verification, missile & nuclear test freeze. But DPRK has always insisted on negotiating nuclear issues with the US. Leaving the nuclear issue is preferable to getting boxed in to disadvantageous language that would have to be scrapped later.
