As you may know, Flynn has since been convicted of crimes by the Special Counsel by pleading guilty. SCL (also investigated by Mueller) has since been convicted by UK court by its administrators who pleaded guilty to the criminal offense of ignoring regulatory enforcement order.
An anonymous leaker sent me the deck presented to State Dept GEC by SCL Group just a few days before the Cambridge Analytica scandal exploded that weekend. 
I can tell from court ordered documents that Nigel Oakes is still actively running the defense PSYOPs practice under a still trading entity called SCL Insight Ltd which acquired SCL Group assets as part of insolvency proceedings.
