CM @Dev_Fadnavis inaugurated Smart city operation centre & Pune smart element project, Smart Electric Bus Project and also performed BhumiPujan for Swargate Multimodal Integrated Transport Hub at Pune.

✅Swargate Multimodal Integrated Transport Hub will integrate all transport like Metro, city bus, PMC with special arrangements for private vehicles and rickshaws.
This work will be completed in 2 phases and will be a green building of 16 floors.

✅Smart Electric Bus Project:
Approx 500 buses will be purchased for Pune & Pimpri Chinchwad of which 25 buses were launched by CM @Dev_Fadnavis

These electric buses are fully air conditioned with facilities like mobile chargers,panic button,CCTV & has capacity to run for 200km with 3 hour charging.

Smart City Operation Centre (SCOC) is command and control centre to monitor future IT infrastructure, smart elements and its management with facilities like WiFi, public announcements, emergency call box, variable messaging.
Other initiatives that were launched today at the hands of CM @Dev_Fadnavis are office ride App, Baner Smart road reconstruction, science park and Book Zania, Smart Schools etc.
Project Loan Agreement and MoU for Technical Assistance between Pune Metro and AFD, France got signed, on this occasion in presence of CM @Dev_Fadnavis and other dignitaries.
CM @Dev_Fadnavis expresses happiness over starting of all these projects of supreme importance for Pune and also spoke on the need to create huge infrastructure facilities in cities as cities amount to 65% GDP.
