The Jewish right has colluded w/forces seeking our extermination - yet still we allow them to define the terms of Jewish identity, the limits of Jewish authenticity, + the parameters of Jewish debate. As long as we cede vernacular of Jewish identification to fascists, we'll lose.

We've allowed Nazi allies to define not only the discourse but our very identities as Jews. Letting them define us gives them the power to eliminate us. They've been using that power -- whether ideologically, spiritually, or, now, physically -- for decades, and it needs to stop.

One step in owning vernacular is finally calling these people what they are. If you're a white supremacist working w/Jew-haters -- whether you're Ben Shapiro or Benjamin Netanyahu; whether it's out of hatred for Muslims or idolatry of "The Land" -- you're an anti-Semite yourself.

We need to use that term, and we need to call them what they are: Anti-Semites.
