You read it right: $1500 plus.
Staged listings are proven to sell for a higher price and with fewer days on market. So it usually pays to stage and it is a high demand service.
$1500 and up doesn't make sense for low end for sale listings OR high end lease listings.

2008. The big housing crash.

I was broke thanks to my (deadbeat) ex- husband.

I had:
Experience in Real Estate
3 small kids to support

& got myself a
Real Estate license to earn.

My colleagues didn't understand why I was selling houses like this:
People were upside down in their homes.

Lenders were denying loans.

And Realtors were conducting business like nothing had changed.

I had to earn.
I had experience with doing flips.
I knew the RE investing world.
And this new market was for the cash vultures.
I spent my last dime to be the exclusive agent for my market featured on an investor site.
In 2008.

I snagged a client who simply could not find a Realtor who would help them buy cheap foreclosures.

The Four Agreements For Anyone Who is in Sales
(Basically everyone):
1) Be impeccable with your word.

Always be transparent and under promise, over deliver.
2) Don't take anything personally.

A 'no' response is simply an opportunity to learn and improve; not a reason to give up. Simply move on to the next: this is a numbers game.

Keep moving forward, and you'll land on plenty of 'yes' responses.

It will be worth 50k
Not the most exciting money but this is one of several houses I am doing for this client.

Fewer clients = less work

I don't do cheap one offs 😉
Still good money

1- Le danger est, en toxicologie alimentaire, la propriété d’une molécule d’avoir un effet toxique
2- Danger n’est pas synonyme de risque. Le risque est, en toxicologie alimentaire, la probabilité d’être exposé au danger via la consommation d’un aliment qui contient une molécule dangereuse à une dose toxique compte tenu de l’exposition.
3- comparaison éclairante : le danger pour un avion c’est de tomber. Or tous
les avions peuvent tomber. Le risque, c’est la probabilité d’être dans un avion qui tombe.

People have been screaming about the exit of HSBC and UBS as sign of
bad economics. That's a huge lie. I will try to explain it in a very
simple way. HSBC and UBS were never set up for regular banking. When I say regular banking I mean retail banking.
They never ran salary
accounts; they were never set up to afford loans to customers etc.
Their sole purpose was to help customers who can afford their services
an easy way to transfer funds overseas.

People basing real decisions, at real jobs- both public & private sector-on false information. We have the most powerful military, biggest Economy, in the most industrialized nation in the world making Domestic & Foreign Policy based on fasle information.
This can & will end only one of two ways. Either we reverse course before catastrophic consequence or we experience what could be the most catastrophic multi-national event that has occurred since WW2 & the most grave consequences since our Nation's inception nearly 300 yrs ago.
