Not the most exciting money but this is one of several houses I am doing for this client.

Fewer clients = less work

(Basically everyone):
1) Be impeccable with your word.

Always be transparent and under promise, over deliver.
2) Don't take anything personally.

A 'no' response is simply an opportunity to learn and improve; not a reason to give up. Simply move on to the next: this is a numbers game.

Keep moving forward, and you'll land on plenty of 'yes' responses.

My Dad died one year ago today.  He was 91 years old.  It was my honor to spend his last night on earth by his side.
He was born in rural Cuba in 1926. He once said: "You'd never last day in my village."  The oldest of 12, he was only 5 when he started working on his family's farm.  He didn't go to school until he was 9.
He had to leave home to get an education. At the age of 9.
Can you imagine?

She will live there for 2 years
and do it again;plans to
lease it as air bnb.
This is a great way to buy
real estate in your 20s.
Next level: Getting a roommate to cover half the mortgage.
Next next level: teach others how to do this (I told her she should document the process & craft a course), and find the property for others and flip them the contract.

Schwere Herzkrankheit des Verstorbenen seit Geburt, mehrere Herzoperationen danach, versagensbereites Herz durch das es jederzeit zu einem Herzinfarkt kommen konnte.

Ob jemand strafrechtlich verantwortlich ist für den Herzinfarkt, ist im Ermittlungsverfahren.

#Today's story to #EndFamilySeparation Four months ago, Dad and 4-month-old entered at the Texas/Mexico border and requested #asylum. Dad and child were immediately separated and the baby put in ORR custody. #FamiliesBelongTogether
Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation
