Adventures of an accidental bird rescuer, part 2.
I was scared to call the rescue org for an update bec I was afraid Angry Chicken wasn’t going to make it. How can you walk on water when you have a seriously f*cked up leg?
As I suspected, Angry Chicken was euthanized. Which is way better than being eaten alive by vultures, so I still think I did Angry Chicken a solid by getting him/her off the beach yesterday. Here’s a vulture I saw this morning. There were several out today. They are fugly.
Anyhoo I didn’t have the guts to call the rescue but then...I found another beached Grebe today & therefore had to call the rescue. This one could stand but it looked like it had oil on it. I didn’t have my phone on me so I went back home, and called.

Friendly reminder: I spend an unhealthy amount of energy dying on the hill that involves swinging at any reporter who doesn’t credit @gwupoe scoop. I can’t help it. It’s not a good trait, I will not stop though.
Confirmed is a lazy way not to credit people.
MSNBC takes my half-serious threats of dragging them over credit a little too much.

Let’s talk about why, despite having supported Bernie in the 2016 primary, I wouldn’t spit on him now to help put him out if he were on fire. And let’s begin here:
Trump doesn’t give a fuck about Bernie or his supporters. But the walking NPD in him recognizes that the cult of Bernie has driven a narrative of being “cheated” by Democrats. This serves Trump’s agenda and I’m sure his foreign handlers have mad that whispered to him.
Every time Bernie excuses Trump supporters he casually enables white nationalism and helps Trump. Every time Bernie sulks and insists he was cheated it only helps the GOP. More specifically, it serves to discredit all the women and POC fighting their asses off against the GOP.

1/ I believe that since as early as 11/11/16 when Pence took over the transition there has been an internally held investigation targeting the corrupt attempt to prevent a Trump Presidency. My guess is that Rogers was summoned on 11/21/16 to Trump Tower.
2/ Everything after that has been a series of investigative actions, sting traps and collection of evidence. Listen to Barr’s theory on the unified executive. The executive power is vested in the President. An investigation can be closely held in the WH given these circumstances.
3/ The Flynn “lie” was a designed action targeting Yates and McCabe. @GenFlynn allowed himself to be used as bait. McGhan interrogates Yates. I’m certain Flynn’s conversations with McCabe were recorded. What was the result? McGhan requests to see the evidence.

This was not long after the delegation of lawmakers spent Independence Day in Russia. As one does while representing the American people.

The GOP governor candidates have made their stances that some humans are better than others.

so.... yeah.
That's how I pick. After I'm done hoping for the best, I will work with the rest.
I just find it's really hard to work with a candidate's "promises to protect blah" when they could care less about the people who inhabit the area.
