Let’s talk about why, despite having supported Bernie in the 2016 primary, I wouldn’t spit on him now to help put him out if he were on fire. And let’s begin here:

Trump doesn’t give a fuck about Bernie or his supporters. But the walking NPD in him recognizes that the cult of Bernie has driven a narrative of being “cheated” by Democrats. This serves Trump’s agenda and I’m sure his foreign handlers have mad that whispered to him.

Every time Bernie excuses Trump supporters he casually enables white nationalism and helps Trump. Every time Bernie sulks and insists he was cheated it only helps the GOP. More specifically, it serves to discredit all the women and POC fighting their asses off against the GOP.

Bernie has been in public office for ages. He is not anti-establishment. He’s as establishment as it can get. But his grift is playing the anti-establishment bombast. And rather than put aside that grift when it started being employed by the GOP, he leaned in.

Russia recognized that his ego was more important than helping liberals fight the GOP takeover. That’s why they got behind him and Stein. Because both Stein and Bernie cause more damage than they can ever heal. Their ego grift matters more than any cause.

Bernie appeals to the libertarian douchebag South Park dudes that Breitbart and Russia target for white nationalism. It’s not an accident. Misogyny and white nationalism always intersect. They are bed fellows.

Now, does that mean Bernie is a bad guy that wants bad things? Maybe. Maybe not. But he has allowed himself to be used in that way. His ego and his grift were more important than recognizing the damage he was doing and how he was being used to hurt others.

Bernie has no problem yelling about the things that matter to him. He could have stomped out the “Bernie woulda won” and “Bernie was cheated” nonsense at any time. He could have acknowledged the truth — that he failed to earn the trust of women and POC Democrats.

He chose to let the narratives that serve his purpose fester and in doing so he aided the GOP and Russia. As he continues to this day. He cannot be trusted with the keys to the car because he doesn’t care about getting us anywhere safely. He only cares about getting to drive.

So, not only will I not be voting for him, but I will be doing everything I can to make sure no one in my sphere votes for him. He is a chaos agent and he’s already done far more harm than we can fix in the remainder of my lifetime, thanks to the horror of our new Supreme Court.

I have been blocking Bernie supporters without exception. I don’t care what they have to say and I do my best not to engage them.

There’s no way to know if they’re even a real person or a Russian asset and that tells you all you need to know about what role Bernie plays.

This coming election will be for all the marbles. If we lose, I’m not sure we’ll ever have anything remotely resembling a fair election again in this country. They know they’re caught and they know if they lose control the grift is up. They will hold onto power with both hands.

You don’t owe any troll or Bernie cultists your time or energy.

Get your sphere registered with ID and transportation. Keep checking your status because they will purge rolls as much as they can. Do what you can to participate in election oversight in your area if you can.

Every time we look away from election integrity they win.

Lastly, don’t let these grifters fool you with their “you just can’t handle both sides” lament when you block cultists. Our outrage porn horserace addicted media guarantees that you will be exposed to all their nonsense.

Blocking them means you limit their range and you are not serving as an avenue through which they can harass the people you amplify. So of course they sputter.

It’s a bit like fighting a hydra, but my timeline is much more focused these days and I prefer it that way.
