Rod Rosenstein @TheJusticeDept had choices on whether to protect Trump from being indicted:
• Rely on a 1973 legal opinion which was answering a different question.
• Order new legal opinions on indicting a sitting POTUS.
He chose to protect Trump. Why?

The thread is not about Bush. It's about the perception of being a wimp in the face of a GOP in power. We have to weaken 2020 GOP Senate candidates by making Trump toxic for them to stand with. The candidate who gets that will win the election. Ones who don't will lose.
