Cohen will testify "Mr. Trump did not directly tell me to lie to Congress" about the Moscow proposal. He says Trump was effectively telling him to lie, "in his way," by lying to him and lying to Americans. He says Trump's lawyers reviewed his false statement to Congress. 
Cohen says Roger Stone in July 2016 told Trump that WikiLeaks was going to release emails that would damage Clinton's campaign in "a couple of days." He says, "Mr. Trump responded by stating to the effect of 'wouldn’t that be great.'"
Cohen says "Mr. Trump is a racist," and worse in private. "While we were once driving through a struggling neighborhood in Chicago, he commented that only black people could live that way. He told me that black people would never vote for him because they were too stupid."
Cohen says Trump "deflated his assets to reduce his real estate taxes."
Just for @Fahrenthold, Cohen says that Trump got him to find a "straw bidder" for a portrait of Trump at a charity auction, to make sure it went for the highest amount, and then Trump reimbursed the bidder with Trump Foundation money, and then Trump kept the portrait.

Cohen says he doesn't have any direct evidence of Trump or campaign collusion. He says he suspects that he witnessed an exchange in which Donald Trump Jr. told his dad about the Trump Tower meeting being set up.
