Professor Charles Dokubo, Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programs and Special Adviser to President Buhari has stolen over N13billion in one year and orchestrated the looting of items from the N60billion Boro-Town Training complex to cover his fraud.

Recall that on this handle in March 2018, I had exposed General Paul Boroh, former Coordinator of the Amnesty Program. Few weeks after, he was fired by Buhari. He was immediately replaced by Prof Dokubo who was seen as a better alternative.
Few weeks after his appointment, he had assembled the Director of Procurement, Mr Odiniya Moses, Director of Finance, Mr Illem and Jude Gbabayor to determine how best to loot the Amnesty Program. Dokubo brought several companies and split contracts, looting over N13billion.
Some of the companies he used in looting includes: 1. Global Resource Warehouse Ltd.
Iceberg Global Tower Ltd., Guchiaz Nig Ltd., White Hull Global Service Ltd, Jamub Global Services Ltd, Templecom Global Ltd, Hydrolhilia Global Resources Ltd, IB and M integrated services Ltd.
Others are: PDF International Concepts Ltd. Peacefos Product Ltd.
I and I Multi Dynamic Services Ltd.

Nigerians are the problems of Nigeria. An average Nigerian is docile, timid, uninformed, clueless. They love the U.S, UK and Europe. They can vote to have a clueless and incompetent fellow as President and then pay anything to escape to the most obscure country thereafter

In 2015, Nigeria's economy was ranked one of the fastest growing economy around the world. Then Buhari took over. The economy crashed, country went into recession, $1=N360, over 20million lost jobs, Boko Haram killings, kidnapping increased, despite his many colorful promises!
The pain and anguish people started going through gave rise to the grouse against the Buhari's Govt. Buhari himself, a sick and frail man, had no answer to the crumbling economy. He was unaware and so had no clue of what to do. Nigerians groaned in pain while the Cabal fed fat!

The election results to be announced by INEC to declare Mohammadu Buhari as winner is nothing but a pre planned result, a padded fraud designed by the leadership of the All Progressive Congress, APC, to get victory at all cost. Where is Maurice Iwu,m and Buba Galadima?

Mid 2018, the leadership of the APC met to determine how best to get result for Buhari in the 2019 election. They were so worried when it became known that the second term ambition of Buhari does not seem to go down well with majority of Nigerians. They sought for INEC support
The INEC Chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu has not been in the good books of the cabal. Amina Zakari, the family member of Buhari had told the cabal that Yakubu is sympathetic to the Shi'ite movement and may not do a deal to help Buhari get a second term. The cabal met to plan.

Recently, I exposed the rots in DSS where Lawan Daura, the former DG had caused to be approved, the sum of N10billion for the operations of the DSS for the 2019 elections. In that same expose, I stated that N5billion was collected from the DSS account by the Buhari Cabal
Out of the remaining N5billion left for the DSS election operations, the funds were supposed to be shared to states where assigned DSS officers monitoring elections are to get at least N200k depending on their ranks. But that did not happen. Someone, some persons decided to steal
