Job Description Headers should be:
- why this job is important
- what you'll learn
- who you'll work with
- where you'll do it
- what company does
- why company does it
Most job description (Ads) read like instruction manuals... for a product prospects don't know about and aren't sure if they want yet.

Job Ads should be ADS. They should ATTRACT PEOPLE.
Imagine sitting across from the PERFECT candidate. What would you tell them about yourself, your company, and the role to convince them to join?

Put that in the job Ad.

That is how you will end up talking to them.
