A country like India with a cultural identity where religions exist with no space for "conversion" 1/n
Finally, Coming to Pakistan, Pakistan is infact doing as it's nature. Their core state is Muslim-last I checked- where civic identity is closely intermingled with their faith & that involves conversion 3/n
He's faultless, as conversion is part of his & their cultural identity. There's no wrong around a Core Aspect of their demographic creation i.e Conversion-culturally&historically- Pakistan 4/n
The world frowned on #HinduGirls happened in pakistan & their Min. hyperventilated to a simple cautious query by @SushmaSwaraj 5/n
Best example? - Existence of many religions where this doesn't stand any test of meaning or truth or even myth/stories! 8/n
The world needs to stop frowning. Every1, not just leaders - as education is the core of religion, isn't it?

It is also not a natural phenomenon or gets you anything besides endearing yourself to a community - like facebook posts these days!
You are already equal in the world from birth. You aren't preordained into another path from a wrong path you were issued earlier.
Your mindset, your culture - sure, you can be ashamed it but the reform at a personal level & cultural level also comes from you.
Don't ever be so ashamed by some past you didn't control that you think "conversion" will help you escape. Find yourself. Find you.
Validation & approval from home/community -Feels nice, but history is witness that a lot of you choices anyway that are engendered by "others" (doesn't matter who)
Don't whittle away what other major choices you have to make in life (Here I don't mean marriage etc.)
A lot of the above is stuff ppl of the world have shared/experienced. Why look for the source of quotes? A quotable person makes you secure or humble because u live like them or per guidance - as against how you learn?
