Boysko took over the state Senate seat vacated by @JenniferWexton, now our Congresswoman from #VA10.

“When I was a newly elected House of Delegates member in 2013, one of my first priorities was ensuring that our most vulnerable communities could thrive in VA," said Boysko.

"In my advocacy at the state legislature, Hassan Ahmad helped me to lift up and share the experiences of Virginia residents affected by policies like the Virginia DREAM Act and driver’s licenses for the undocumented community."

He cares deeply about those who have historically not had a voice in the state legislature and fights for their right to tell their story. We need Hassan in the House of Delegates.”

Senator Boysko reached out to me years ago, asking for stories from my aspiring American clients to help her push for legislation like driver’s licenses for all. That’s something that’s stuck with me, and so we’ve worked together ever since.

She is a regular at the ADAMS Center, the mosque I’ve attended for over a decade. Senator Boysko has been a true ally and public servant to communities that have been harshly targeted by bigotry here in Virginia.

She consistently shows up for the afflicted just as she did at Dulles Airport when the #MuslimBan was issued 2 years ago, when Virginians came together to fight back against hate. Sen Boysko has done this for all of the years I've known her. I am thrilled to have her endorsement!
