1. The ACA story today seemed to me like disinformation. It's because I reported on the Texas district court ACA story in December. I thought the order wasn't appealable as it stood but I read the documents and reported on the case.
2. My recollection when I heard today's reporting was the ruling was a shameful political stunt by a federal judge. I went back to check my blog.
3. My blog Dec. 15, 2018:
"It looks like political grandstanding. Pro tip to the GOP judiciary. You’re now part of a Kremlin front group. You might want to ease up on the political grandstanding. Remember, no need to prove a crime to remove a judge. Just bad acts. Just sayin."

1. Barr's usurpation of the Special Counsel authority, having already acted to give free legal advice to the President on the same matter, was unethical and unlawful.

If Barr thought for a minute Mueller had exonerated @realDonaldTrump on anything he'd have released the
2. full #MuellerReport. Barr's conduct is compelling circumstantial evidence of Trump's guilt. Barr is self-proven to be both unethical & dishonest. History will judge Barr's memo is an irrelevant act of a Trump co-conspirator. Barr will likely charged with
3. conspiracy & obstruction in 2021. Barr's only hope to avoid prosecution is to release the full #MuellerReport and pray we have other things to do in 2021. @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler must not delay seeking a writ of mandamus forcing Barr and/or Mueller to produce

In only a yr Mueller's team has issued 23 indictments, 5 guilty pleas & 1 person is in already in prison.

Additionally, this week, Mueller saw 1 of his targets head to prison.

Dutch lawyer Alex van der Zwaan, who pleaded guilty to lying to Mueller's investigators, reported to prison to start his sentence this week.

Mueller's success has been impressive.

1/ So according to this detailed investigation, #Asifa was repeatedly sedated as she was raped over 7 days. And for some reason, the strip of tablets she was drugged with was, as per police report, "kept under a heap of garbage near an electric pole outside the Devisthan." What?
2/n Report says accused "washed the clothes worn by" #Asifa at the time of her death "to remove the clay and blood stains/sperm" before forensic tests. Did they put it back on her? Do forensics confirm this? And what about forensic report on fluid, hair & evidence on & in her?

Genji was back at one of the bases he was so used in the past. He never thought he would, but he was there, surrounded by very familiar faces. And new ones too.
Because of that, he didn't really want to take off his mask, but Lena was being so insufferable about it he didn't think he had a choice. But if he needed to be honest, he missed her too. And the all the rest, his old partners, friends. Well, some of them, at least.
So he took it off and smiled to her, who was clearly so happy seeing him again it made him a little emotional. Too many memories.
She squeezed and kissed his cheeks, and like always, chattered nonstop.
