1. The ACA story today seemed to me like disinformation. It's because I reported on the Texas district court ACA story in December. I thought the order wasn't appealable as it stood but I read the documents and reported on the case.
2. My recollection when I heard today's reporting was the ruling was a shameful political stunt by a federal judge. I went back to check my blog.

4. So when everyone freaked out about it today I was ecstatic because I know this case and it's a terrible case almost certain to fail. The image you should have for the conservatice 5th Cir judges hearing this stinker is Cersei Lanister's Walk of Shame. 😎 @maddow @MaddowBlog
