1. Barr's usurpation of the Special Counsel authority, having already acted to give free legal advice to the President on the same matter, was unethical and unlawful.

If Barr thought for a minute Mueller had exonerated @realDonaldTrump on anything he'd have released the
2. full #MuellerReport. Barr's conduct is compelling circumstantial evidence of Trump's guilt. Barr is self-proven to be both unethical & dishonest. History will judge Barr's memo is an irrelevant act of a Trump co-conspirator. Barr will likely charged with
3. conspiracy & obstruction in 2021. Barr's only hope to avoid prosecution is to release the full #MuellerReport and pray we have other things to do in 2021. @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler must not delay seeking a writ of mandamus forcing Barr and/or Mueller to produce
4. the report with all supporting evidence for the Congress to perform their Constitutionally authorized legislative function.

When I look at entire set of facts since Friday pm I'm starting to think Barr is now just buying time. There are likely too many witnesses who know what's in the #MuellerReport to lie for long. A couple of weeks, tops. Eventually he'll have to let a a judge view it in camera.
And Mueller is watching all this. Is he willing to have his good name dragged though a cover up? I think that is unlikely. So what's Barr's plan?

Delay. Something else is going to change the board soon. Reporting from the DC court says April 15 may have some significance.
That's about how long Barr can likely stall. @SpeakerPelosi isn't going to shift focus from legislation to impeachment. She's right. But the base will be howling if a week passes with nothing produced. @RepJerryNadler will have to go to court. Fed judge will get it in camera.

1. I have a distinct recollection from perhaps year or more ago, Mueller announced he was only going to issue a report on obstruction. I agreed. I believe that crimes committed while President should only be reported to congress. Immunity isn't just Barr's crazy theory. It exists
2. in many presidential contexts. Addressing its application is, in part, a political question not appropriate for the district court to sort out. That's Congress' job. But crimes committed before inauguration are different.
3. As I mentioned, I was left with the impression Mueller would charge those crimes.

So what did Barr say about Russia? He said that he did not find that Trump or people associated with the campaign, "conspired or coordinated with Russia..." But Mueller was tasked with more. Page from Barr letter on Russia with yellow highlighting

1. @senatemajldr has now tied every @SenateGOP running in 2020 to Barr's cover up. Here's the @GOP members up in 2020 noting one is already heading to greener $$$ pastures. We need to put each on record about the #MuellerReport. This is the job of our soon to not be free press. 2020 Senate GOP class.

Initially I had a meltdown about this as I realized then Mueller couldn’t speak of any criminal acts unless indictments were unsealed concurrently.

All week we have heard from Government ministers that releasing this information. could harm the national interest. Nothing of the sort. All this advice reveals is the central weaknesses in the Government’s deal. 2/3
