1. I have a distinct recollection from perhaps year or more ago, Mueller announced he was only going to issue a report on obstruction. I agreed. I believe that crimes committed while President should only be reported to congress. Immunity isn't just Barr's crazy theory. It exists
2. in many presidential contexts. Addressing its application is, in part, a political question not appropriate for the district court to sort out. That's Congress' job. But crimes committed before inauguration are different.

4. On conspiracy only Mueller was tasked to investigate"whether any Americans" included Trump and/or campaign, joined the Russian conspiracies. He said no regarding Trump & Co. but did not address the other part: "any Americans." That I presume says there are traitors among us
