So Capricorn’s... let’s talk about how y’all overthink when under pressure and can’t put your thoughts together.
Capricorn’s grow up in a household where authority figures apply pressure for them to get things done on their time not little Capricorn’s time. So one or both of their parents/teachers etc are impatient and doesn’t give little Capricorn space to “breathe” and process.
This causes Capricorn to immediately feel anxiety when they feel any sense of pressure as an adult. Because they were indirectly taught they can’t be patient with themselves, they fumble and have a hard time focusing to calmly work through the current situation
Capricorn has to learn how to trust themselves and take a breath when they feel pressured. They need to realize that they have time sort things out and they need to remove they hyper vigilant sense of urgency they feel that sends them into a panic.
Pressuring yourself will not cause you to get the job done quicker. It will make you feel small, incapable and stupid... these feelings or similar ones are an echo from your childhood that needs to be addressed and healed.
As an adult, you now how the power and ability to rewrite your narrative. You do NOT have to view yourself as a fuck up when you don’t get something right the first time. Take your time and allow yourself to LEARN. Allow yourself to process your experiences without berating.
Also, Capricorn... when you complete something say to yourself “you did a really good job” sometimes. Self encouragement will help you feel more motivated than constant criticism. Allow yourself to feel encouraged. Rewrite your narrative.
