We spend so long looking at the dots without connecting, the symptoms without diagnosing. The reason people are suffering, why they’re unhappy, why fascism is rising and systems failing, is because there is a deep and troubling inequality at the heart of this constructed world.
The issue is that we consider the mechanics of this world as concrete and unchanging, the traditions as untouchable, but the foundations were faulty to begin with and have only gotten worse as those who designed them have continued to reinforce them.
It’s well past time we start looking at the broader picture. The reason the world order is falling apart is because it was poorly designed and unfair to begin with. It’s happened before and it’ll happen again. We have to address those faults or watch it collapse.
