1/ Long before @RandyEBarnett and I identified 100 #SCOTUS cases everyone should know, in 2011, I identified the 300 #SCOTUS cases everyone should know. And crammed them all into a single lecture at the Penn State Law School: #100cases
2/ In hindsight, I got some stuff wrong. Yet, so many of my teaching mannerisms were established barely two years out of law school. I am forever grateful to Judge GIbson for letting me teach the class with him. That course inspired my love of teaching.
