With all the political grandstanding going on, I want you to remember that much of this is a smoke screen for the admin to demolish the government behind the scenes.

They are ripping OPM apart.

They are ripping EPA apart.

They are ripping DOI apart.

They are doing it slowly and methodically, sometimes under the guise of efficiency. All the while instilling individuals who are loyal to their cause to oversee it all.

They are having closed door meetings, and group think sessions with restricted access to planning activities.

And charging the very people who these agencies have spent their "lives" protecting people from with implementing these changes.

Soon all of DOI's information technology, human resources, and procurement programs will be merged.

And at first glance this seems like, oh cool.. centralize activities, economies of power etc..

The thing is, the government has slowly and surely been doing this. It's the Shared Service Provider initiative that has existed for decades.

Here, though, it's centralizing it within DOI. And by doing so placing those activities under the control of DOI.

So the agencies no longer get to decide or prioritize activities on their own.. the central political appointees do.

They will have the power, regardless of congressional intent, to gut entire departments by simply placing their hiring or contractual needs at a lower level than the the portions that they want.

Over the years, the agencies have developed, and appropriations have been written specifically to prevent this type of activity, to limit and prevent political interference with the day to day running of the government..

Yet behind these closed door meetings, they have strategized exactly how to do this.

All the vacancies, the firings, and resigning it's all strategic. On the surface they blame the Dems, while below the surface they use that instability...

To reshape things based on their will.

They claim these are scientific approaches, while they hide science, and refuse to release information.

Make no mistake. You won't see the effect immediately, but it will have a long lasting effect.

And none of this is good.
