I deleted my earlier tweet. I had no idea Buttigieg is gay. How could I? I don’t know who the hell he is. Still! Gay bothers me not one bit, as you all know, but policies do. I added the “gig” part because he was playing the guitar.
I also laughed at comments suggesting Beta may want to ask his wife if he can be gay just so he can stay competitive. It’s not surprising or shocking that Buttigieg is gay, I just didn’t know. And being gay does not enter one iota into how I base my decisions on candidates.
Or on how I base my feelings about people in general. Character, honesty and heart do. And from my record and timeline, those who know me know this. No one said anything about my tweet that I know of, but immediately felt compelled to take it down. It’s not who I am. Love you ♥️

This Obama appointee to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi is a textbook example of a partisan jurist who ignores the law and the will of voters as expressed through their elected representatives.

OK, we're fully into a news cycle, so time to re-up the @onthemedia guidelines, which I myself have been guilty of not following. We've got five reported IEDs so far, some awaiting confirmation, all awaiting more information.
Reported suspicious or confirmed IED packages so far:

1. Soros
2. Clinton home
3. Obama
4. White House
5. CNN

4. only being reported by CNN, as far as I can tell and not confirmed in WH statement just issued.

5. May be an abundance of caution screening, not clear.
Reuters initially confirmed the CNN report of a package sent to the White House, but is now reporting that no package was addressed to the White House. CNN is now acknowledging Reuters report without expanding on it.

DOJ keeps deposing NYAG's witnesses, but stonewalls their own, even those beyond Wilbur Ross and John Gore.

Stay for thee, but not for me.
Another important part of the NYAG's status report: Their position is that the discovery deadline of Friday is unaltered, but both parties are open to deposing Ross, Gore, et al "after the scheduled close of discovery" on Friday.

NYAG will seek judge's permission then.
