It is distressing that Georgia's press shows so little interest the clear signs of racial disparity and 127,000 lost votes in the Lt .Gov's contest. Just ran across this slide and wondering how they can look at this and have no curiosity. 
2/ Morgan is another typical county. How can anyone explain the huge dip in the machine votes for Lt. Gov? Then how can anyone explain that the lost votes are far greater in the most heavily African American precincts?

4/ Take a look at Bartow, the ONLY county that did not experience the loss of Lt. Gov votes. These lines look totally normal.The ONLY normal county. Why did that happen? Don't ask officials. They are not curious.
