3. Dual coding can do loads to support our students with the really great challenging stuff in Geography. @olicav’s understandable, articulate, and excellently delivered session showcases just how much it can support encoding for long term retention.

2. the phrase the rich get richer while the poor gets poorer, in Nigeria it doesn't always mean the rich who work hard for their money but the rich who are strategically positioned to amass wealth through corruption.
3. When billions are spent on power & we still ask 'where is the power', when monies allocated for defense are diverted to private accounts & today we have 'dasukigate', when billions of $ generated from NNPC go into private accounts, when contractors are paid almost in full

C'est mercredi ! #thread alors ! La viande est le sujet du moment. Il y a cette histoire survenue en Pologne de vaches laitières malades. C'est un peu confus, mais ça n'arrive pas que chez nous et ça pose des tas de questions. Déroule !
Donc, c'est un journaliste polonais qui sort l'affaire. Des vaches malades abattues et dont la viande entre dans les circuits de commercialisation. europe1.fr/societe/viande…

Petit #Thread sur notre sécurité socialiste.
En France, on pense que le socialisme s'impose grâce à un large consensus national. Or c'est faux. Le socialisme n'est jamais volontaire. Il ne survit que par la force. Par un ensemble de lois socialistes qui contraignent les citoyens.
En France c'est la sécurité sociale qui fait office de bras armé du socialisme. Elle collectivise 1/3 du PIB et nul ne peut y échapper. Ceux qui tentent de s'en libérer sont poursuivis jusqu'à leur mort par les avocats et les huissiers de l'URSSAF.
Dans un système totalement stalinien, la sécurité sociale gère notamment les retraites et la couverture santé, qui sont ses deux plus grosses mamelles. Elles lui rapportent à elles seules près de 450 milliards par an en prélèvements obligatoires divers.
