1 “Counsel for Ivanka Trump provided an attorney proffer that is consistent w/ Hicks account”. This phrase is stirring interest about an Ivanka proffer session w/ Mueller. From a law text book: the difference between a client proffer and attorney proffer: maglaw.com/publications/a…
2 Basically Ivanka is less exposed this way- “An atty proffer carries slightly less risk than a client proffer bc, among other reasons, it can be difficult for the govt to use an atty’s statements against the client. The govt may, hwvr, use the stmts to further its investigation”
3 Even if Ivanka was using Abbe Lowell as a buffer between herself and the SC, it would be interesting to find out how expansive or limited Ivanka's attorney proffer was. What if Ivanka coughed up a ton of info on Trump?

1 People are noticing Trump’s increasingly odd, forward leaning stance & posture. It’s a balance problem from his progressively worsening Frontotemporal Dementia. It's a big deal bc balance issues quickly worsen & will become obvious to the public. The stance is his compensation.
2 You can try this at home if you stand at attention & picture the sensation of a push or involuntary torso jerk making you fall backwards.

Now put your feet shoulder width or more apart, butt slightly back, lean torso forward, arms down & slightly fwd. It's a balancing position
3 There was plenty to see in Wisc w/ Trump's aberrant behavior & unintelligible words. Now his balance & posture will cause more ppl to realize how bad his condition is. Here's a 5 thread layer for a deeper dive in to Trump's dementia going back to the G7.

1 People who want Mueller’s findings to have a ribbon & bow on it should realize he worked thru obstacles the whole time:
-Not indicting a POTUS
-Trump under Putin's thumb
-Trump desperate enough to harm & not cooperate w/ SC
-GOP Congress attacking SC
-Propanganda war vs silence
2 Mueller seems to have operated surgically, knowing he & his team could burn at any time. By seeding investigations deep in to gov't infrastructure, a wide array of unredacted evidence & cases are w/ the FBI & Director Wray & multi US Atty offices. TMR fight w/ Congress & public
3 Barr lied to the nation. His propaganda aided Trump & Russia. He's paying the price- panicked & leaking to MSM. Trump wants Barr to:
-retaliate against investigators
-cover-up evidence
-stop the FBI & US attys.
Barr is sloppy & will fail. He'll end up indicted for obstruction.

1 Kush casually downplayed Russia’s attack on America. Instead of echoing Mueller’s “sweeping & systematic”, he called it “a couple of Facebook ads”. A huge lie. Mueller said the ads alone may have reached 126 million ppl. Kush was projecting just like his criminal father in law.
2 Kush knows. So does Mueller. He just didn't prove it yet.“The Office could not reliably determine Manafort’s purpose in sharing internal polling data w/ Kilimnik during the campaign period..the Office could not assess what Kilimnik (or others he may have given it to) did w/ it”
3 Having spent years in tech & telecom- voice, data, video- I can say w/ high confidence, the polling data was a key component to building a database of Americans. A clean database was necessary to effectively design, target & purchase FB ads. More here.

We see how he works if we look at how he ran his 2nd most important investigation as FBI Director. In Sept 2011, an entity began mailing anthrax through the USPS, hitting such prominent targets as NBC & Senator Daschle’s office. The terrorist attacks killed 5 & left others
